<br />f <br /> <br />~tract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />the Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Cou.'1cil of the Village of Ibsevi1.1e, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held <br /> <br />in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota on Mon- <br /> <br />. day, the <br /> <br />30th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />August <br /> <br />, 196...i.J at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />.Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the folloving were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1314 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO AProR:rIO~"}1ENT OF ASSESS}1ENTS <br />RELATING TO PASCAL AVENUE STORM Sm<1ER IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Ibseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota, as follows: <br /> <br />WREREAS, the assessment roll for Pascal Avenue Storm Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />as finally amended and adopted on October 8, 1962, was certified to the County <br />Audi tor of Ra.n:sey County and <br /> <br />i~BEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within <br /> <br />said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous <br /> <br />owners and <br /> <br />WREREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment <br />I <br /> <br />of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been <br /> <br />di vided, sold or conveyed by made by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Poseville in order that the proper. assessment can be extended by the County. <br />
