<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington, <br /> <br />St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 30th day of August, 1965, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br /> <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1315 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING REDEMPTION OF MUNICIPAL <br />BUILDING REVENUE BONDS <br /> <br />WtlliREAS, $220,000 municipal building revenue bonds were issued <br /> <br />to finance a municipal liquor dispensary building, said issue maturing <br /> <br />$5,000 in 1957 through 1961; $10,000 in 1962 through 1967; $15,000 in <br /> <br />1968 through 1972; and $20,000 in 1973 through 1975; and providing that <br /> <br />bonds maturing in the years 1973 through 1975 may be callable on November 1, <br /> <br />1960 or any interest payment date thereafter; and all other bonds of said <br /> <br />issue maturing after November I, 1965 will be subject to redemption and <br /> <br />prior payment on November I, 1965 or any interest payment thereafter; all <br /> <br />in inverse order of <br />
