<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Rosevil1e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said village on <br /> <br />Monday, the 30th day of August, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />TIle following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br /> <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1317 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO WATER IMPROVHlENT <br />NO. 64-7 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Water Improvement <br />No. 64-7 of the Village of Roseville, in the area described in the <br />legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract price <br />for such improvement is $110,000 and the other expenses incurred or to <br />be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $155,000 so <br />that the total cost of the improvement will be $265,000, and of this cost the <br />village will pay $130,000 as its share of the cost, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
