Such plans and specifications for Project. 11 and 12 <br />of .aid Sanitary Sewer Ie-prove.ent NQ. 1 are hereby approved <br />and ord.l'.d placed on file in the office of the Village Clerk <br />and are made a part hereof. <br />2. The Vill.ge Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the offi,cial newspaper of the Village and in the Construction <br />Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />improvement under such approved plans and specifications for <br />Projects .11 and 12.
