Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Village Council Village of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 30th day of August, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Graue 1 and Shiel ds and the following were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1320 RESOLUTION RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-18 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS contracts have been let for Water Improvement No. 65-18 of the Village of Roseville, in the area described in the legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $33,133.66 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $3,797.39 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $36,931.05, and of this cost the village will pay $1,726.08 as its sha~e of the cost. NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $35,204.97. 2. The Village Clerk, together with the assistance of the village engineer, consulting engineer and fiscal consultant, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he
