<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, f;linnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said village <br /> <br />on Monday, the 30th day of August, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br /> <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced tile following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1321 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO STORM SEWER IMPROVEHENT <br />NO. 65-19 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSrvENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS contracts have been let for Storm Sewer Improvement <br />No. 65-19 of the Village of Roseville, in the area described in the <br />legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract price <br />for such improvement is $25,666.15 and the other expenses incurred or <br />to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $4,715.45 so <br />that the total cost of the improvement will be $30,381.60, and of this <br />cost the village will pay $7,898.70 as its share of the cost, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
