<br />Extract of /I1inutes of Heeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said village <br /> <br />on Monday, the 30th day of August, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br /> <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1322 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO STREET Itvn)ROVEMENT <br />NO. 64;1 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Street Improvement <br />No. 64-1 of the Village of Roseville, in the area described in the <br />legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract price <br />for such improvement is $103,000.00 and the other expenses incurred or <br />to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $17,000.00 <br />so that the total cost of the improvement will be $120,000.00, and of <br />this cost the village will pay $57,500.00 as its share of the cost from <br />levies or other sources as state aids, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village- of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
