<br />Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed assessment roll for <br />.U..~ .........1: 80. M-3 <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />Village Clerk, is approved, and the Clerk is directed to publish <br />and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the <br />proposed assessment on October 11, 1965 at Village Hall <br />in the Village of Roseville, at 7:30 o' clock P.M. The <br />notice shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, <br />the general nature of said improvement, the area proposed to <br />be assessed, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with <br />the Clerk, and that written or oral objections thereto by any <br />property owner will be considered. It shall be published in <br />the official newspaper of the Village at least once, and shall <br />be mailed to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment <br />roll, not less than two weeks prior to the date of said meeting. <br />For the purpose of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels <br />shall be those shown as such as of September 17. , 1965, <br />on the records of the County Treasurer. Every property owner <br />whose name does not appear on such records (other than owners <br />of property which is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings <br />basis) shall be deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless <br />he has requested in writing that the County Treasurer include <br />his name on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />, and upon <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />the reof : <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
