<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF KEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the city Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the twelfth day of October, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, P. Johnson, Thomas, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8855 <br /> <br />Final acceptance, City Project SS-90-22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on <br />August 12, 1991, Ryan Contracting, Inc. of Burnsville, Minnesota <br />has satisfactorily completed the improvement associated with Project <br />SS-90-22, replacement of Lounge Lift station at County Road C-2 west of <br />snelling Avenue and the replacement of Brenner lift station east of <br />Lexington Avenue and south of County Road Demetry and control system. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is <br />hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to <br />issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the <br />contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, P. Johnson, Thomas, <br />Cushman, and V.
