<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />September J..L., 1965 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall on <br /> <br />September ~ 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />* * * * * * <br /> <br />The Clerk presented to the Council the proposed <br /> <br />assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 65-18 <br /> <br />prepared by him with the assistance of the engineers as <br /> <br />directed by the Council on August 30, 1965, and reported <br /> <br />that the assessment roll is now on file in his office and <br /> <br />open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Member Shields <br /> <br />then introduced the <br /> <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ..ill..S <br />RESOLt71'ION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-18 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />
