<br />I(e,... ge.We.T 'kSfYI,t <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N #/33 <br /> <br />f.1do (Jfe.J ~I~ ""j IltS"7 <br /> <br />WHEPEAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved <br />adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of <br />sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />:# ..5"~;JJ <br /> <br />and <br />a <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by proper <br />proceedings, determined the need for the changing of certain locations <br />of sewers to be installed, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire perpetual easements for the construction, maintenance <br />and operation of a sanitary sewer, together with ingress and egress over <br />and through the following described lands in Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />under its powers of eminent domain: <br /> <br />A strip of land 20 feet in width, within a parcel of land <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />All that part of the SEt of the NW~ of Sec 13, T 29, R 23 <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Eline <br />of the NWt of Sec 13, T 29, R 23 a distance 410 ft S of <br />the NE corner of the SEt of the NWt of Sec 13, T 29, R 23; <br />thence S along the E line of the NWt of Sec 13, T 29, R 23, <br />a distance of 348 ft to a point; thence N 150 lOt W a <br />distance of 313 ft to a point; thence N 280 42' W ( to a <br />distance of 52 ft) to a point; thence E to the point of <br />beginning, the center line of said 20 foot strip of land <br />being described as follows: Beginning at a point on the <br />westerly line, said point being 15 feet southeasterly from <br />the northwest corner of said parcel; thence on a line run <br />south 690 - 00 t east, approximately 50 feet; thence south <br />310 - OOf east, approximately 88 feet; thence south 820 - <br />OOf east, approximately 12 feet to a point on the east line, <br />said point being 110 feet southerly from the northeast corner <br />of said parcel. <br /> <br />And also, 160 feet Southeasterly from the southeast edge <br />of McCarron Blvd. North of the following: An easement <br />10 feet wide for ingress and egress to McCarrons Lake and <br />McCarrons Boulevard North described as follows: Beginning <br />at a point on the E line of the NWt of Sec 13, T 29, R 23, <br />a distance of 758 feet S of the NE corner of the SEt of the <br />NWt of Sec 13, T 29, R 23 a distance N 150 lOt W a distance <br />of 313 feet to a point; thence N 280 42' W to the center line <br />of McCarrons Boulevard, and there terminating. The above <br />described line is the NEly line of the easement described and <br />said easement is 10 feet in width, parallel and adj acent to the <br />above described line. <br />
