EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 13, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on September 13, 1965, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields mld the following members were absent: Trustee Goodrich Member Curley moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and IffiSOLUTION NO. 1330 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT A'JD CALLING HEARING ON H/J>ROVEIvlENT MiEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 30, 1965, a report has been prepared by the Village Public Works Director with reference to the improvement of Maple Lane between Aldine and Wheeler Street by installation of curb and gutter, and this report was received by the Council on September 13, 1965; NOW nIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY nIE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $2,883.63. 2. Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 18th day of October, 1965, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7:30 P.M., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being held thereon the following voted in favor: All present and the following voted against the same: None Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
