<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-92-27 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in, said <br />City, on the 23th day of November, 1992, at 7:30 p.m., to hold a public <br />hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on <br />proposed Improvement No. ST-92-27 including all that property lying <br />between Wewers Road and a point 240 feet more or less south of the <br />centerline of County Road C and lying between Rice Street and the north <br />south centerline leg of Wewers Road by the installation of storm sewer <br />pipes and associated appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially <br />in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file <br />and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $32,769.63.
