EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD SEPTEMBER 23, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on September 23, 1965, at 5:00 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley and Goodrich and the following members were absent: Shields and Grauel Member Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1337 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that a certain petition requesting the improvement of the following described real property situated in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota and Village of Roseville, to-wit: All of Block One (1), Block Two (2), Block Four (4), Block Five (5), and Lots One (1) through Twenty two (22) inclusive, Block Three (3) and Lots One (1) through Nine (9) inclusive, Block Six (6), Western Hills Addition, accord- ing to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota was filed with the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota on the 23rd day of September, 1965, and is hereby declared to be signed by 100 per cent of the property owners affected by this improvement. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes 9 429.035. The petition is hereby referred to Roger B. Short, a registered professional engineer, and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
