EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the ~th day of October , 1992 at 7: 30 P.M. The following members were present: Maschka, P. Johnson, Thomas, and Cushman, and the following were absent: V. Johnson. Member P. Johnson adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 8857 RESOLUTION FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF ALDINE STREET WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said portion of Aldine Street in the city of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, because the portion of Aldine Street is unimproved and not necessary for public street purposes; and WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said portion of Aldine Street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city Council of the city of Roseville hereby vacates the portion of Aldine street over the property described as follows: THAT PORTION OF ALDINE STREET IN SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 23 LYING SOUTH OF THE SOUTHLINE OF OAKCREST AVENUE The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Thomas , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: Maschka, P. Johnson, Thomas, and Cushman, and the following voted against the same: V. Johnson. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA SS COUNTY OF RAMSEY I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 26th day of Octobe,r 1992, with the original thereof on file in my office.
