<br />Extract of M1nutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Rosevi1J.e <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramse~ County, Minnesota, was duly held in the <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Iexington Avenl1e, St. Paul, Minnesotay on MJnday, the <br />27th day of September, 196..2..-J at ~J8. o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The folloWing members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />Trustee Shields <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1345 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RErATING '.ro AProRTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. ~ <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, M1nnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. l as last <br />finally amended and adopted on October 13, 1961, was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey Col1Dty on November 15, 1961 for the purpose of including <br /> <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commending in <br /> <br />1962, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br /> <br />certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and <br />
