EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF r-mETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA HELD October 2, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Saturday, the 2nd day of October, 1965, at 9:30 A.M. The following members were present: ~1ayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Goodrich introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1348 RESOLUTION DIRECTING COUNTY AUDITOR TO REDUCE THE ESTABLISHED TAX LEVY FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS AND WATER UIPROVEMENT BONDS WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $16,410 in the sanitary sewer debt retirement fund resulting from a transfer of $16,410 from revenue received from the operation of said sanitary sewer utilities; AND WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $70,000 in the water debt retire- ment fund resulting from a transfer of $70,000 from revenue received from the operation of said water utilities; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ROSEVILLE VILLAGE COUNCIL THAT 1. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1965 tax levy for Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds, Series C by $16,410 from $32,400 to $15,990; 2. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1965 tax levy for Water Improvement Bonds, Series 3, 1963, by $70,000 from $110,000 to $40,000. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
