<br />'Re.: $euJe...~ ~~~+. <br />#6~.s- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />$J3f <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved aDd <br />lIdopted a pIa tor the cODstruction, aAintenaDee and operation of a <br />sanitary ..wer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Ros.ville hu, b1 proper <br />proceedings, detem1ned the need for emain locations of sewers to be <br />1nstalled, mahtained and operated with1D the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE rr RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual eaBeBleDt for the construction, maintenance <br />and operation of a sanitary sewer approxillately 6 to 14 teet in depth, <br />together with ingress and egress over and through the following <br />described land in Ramsey County, M1m1esota, lDlder its powers of eminent <br />domain : <br /> <br />The eut 30 teet of the S 200 tt.. of 11740.45 ft. of Wi- <br />of NWt of Sectioa 13, T 29, R 23 except the W 925 ft. <br />thereof (and. together with all easement tor ingress and <br />egress over the S 60 ft. of the 11;40.45 ft. of the W! <br />of NWt of Section 13, T 29, R 23. <br /> <br />RESOLVED, further, that Beldin H.
