EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 11, 1965. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne sota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on October II, 1965 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm; and Trustees Curley I Goodrich and Grauel and the following members were absent: Trustee Shields. Member Curley introduced the follOWing Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1358 A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PL?\NS. WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of the following described real property situate in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and legally described as follows I to-wit: A strip of land 60 feet in width, 30 feet on either side of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the centerline of Fairview Avenue and 800 feet South of the North line of the Sou thea st Quarter (S. E. 1/4) of Section Four (4) , Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23), thence extending eastward and parallel with the North line of said Quarter section a di stance of 1073 feet to a point and there terminating; also including all lands within a 60 foot radius from the above mentioned point of termination, said improvement to consist of the construction of a nine ton axel load street to be constructed of bituminous paving, and also to be constructed with concrete curbs and gutters, to be forty-four (44) feet in width over and upon the above described property; said petition duly presented to the Council on the /4;, 17l day of /!t:ul<<-J'T , 1965; and WHEREAS I pursuant to re solution of the Council adopted August 16, 1965, a report has been prepared by Banister Engineering Company with reference to the above mentioned proposed improvement,
