I..-IG ~5W-3 (h5) 1l~1 k- 'Ii' 0471 (33), which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1964, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35W ; and WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the City Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals partic1l1arJy ident:ified and described.
