62-1 Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Foseville County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Foseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the 'V1D.age Hall at 2701 North I.exington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on :r.bnday, the 11th day of October , 196L, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarho1mj Trustees Cur1eYj Goodrichj Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: r . None Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 1365 RESOLUTION RELATING rro AProRTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING rro WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 62-1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne- sota as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Im~rovement 62-1 as finally amended and adopted on October 14, 1963 , was certified to'the County Auditor of Ramsey County and WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and appor- tionment of previous assessments in respect to Water Improvement No. 62-1 was held on November 9,'1964, and adjourned to November 16,1964, at which time assessments for Water Improvement No. 62-1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 16, 1964 and WHE~S, since that date a number of p!l.rc~ls of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and
