EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA, HELD October 11, ,1965. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on Oct. 11 , 1965 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodr~cll, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Goodrich and moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION NO. 1368 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT. WHEREAS I pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted July 12, 1965, a report has been prepared by Banister Engineering Co. for a storm sewer drainage system in that area lying and being in Ramsey County, Minnesota, and legally described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Roseville Village Council on NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: - 1 . The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the report and the assessment of said area for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Stats., Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement to the Village of Roseville for its portion of said cost in the sum of $41,680.00.
