/?eso/ t<-1> O;V I!/c" 136 9 Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Village Council Village of Rosevil1e Ramsey County, Minnesota October 18, 1965 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, October 18, 1965 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Hayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. and the following were absent: None The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publica- tion of notice of hearing on proposed Storm Sewer Improvement No. 65-43 in accordance with the resolution adopted September 27, 1965, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Clerk. The Village Clerk also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners, which certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Clerk. The Mayor then directed the Clerk to read the description of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the published notice of hearing_ After reading of the notice, all persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the Council, and the substance of the views presented by them were as follows: Ted Glaserud, Ban Con Construction Company, spoke in favor of the improvement. No one else appeared for or against said improvement.
