<br />/?eso/ t<-1> O;V I!/c" 136 9 <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Rosevil1e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />October 18, 1965 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said village on <br />Monday, October 18, 1965 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Hayor Cedarholm, <br /> <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publica- <br />tion of notice of hearing on proposed Storm Sewer Improvement <br />No. 65-43 in accordance with the resolution adopted September 27, <br />1965, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory <br />and was directed to be filed by the Clerk. The Village Clerk <br />also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to <br />all affected property owners, which certificate was examined <br />and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by <br />the Clerk. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Clerk to read the description <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as <br />stated in the published notice of hearing_ After reading of <br />the notice, all persons present were afforded opportunity to <br />be heard, and the names and addresses of the persons appearing <br />and heard by the Council, and the substance of the views <br /> <br />presented by them were as follows: Ted Glaserud, Ban Con Construction <br />Company, spoke in favor of the improvement. No one else appeared for or against <br />said improvement. <br />
