<br />;; S~+.:# ~3 7 <br /> <br />~2-.9 L UTI 0 N ft / .3 ~ If <br /> <br />WHEREA.S, The Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and <br />adopted a. plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a <br />sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />\.JHElIEAS, tbe council of the Village of P.oseville has, by proper <br />proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of underground <br />sever mains, sewer pipes ann appurtenances to be installed, maintair~d <br />and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT IlESOLVED, that the Vil1age of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for' the construction, maintenance <br />and operation of sewer mains, pipl s and appurtenances to an approximate <br />depth of 12 feet, together with inGress and egress over and through the <br />follo'Wing described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under its powers <br />of eminent domain: <br /> <br />The East 20 feet, also the South 7t feet of the S 131.99 feet <br />of N 263.98 ft of W 360.18 ft. of wt of wi of swt of See 14, <br />T 29, R 23, excepting the N 50 feet of E 150 rt thereof, subject <br />to an easement on the Ely 30 feet thereof for road purposes. <br /> <br />P.ESOLVED, further, that Beld:in H.
