EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE I MINNESOTA t HELD OCTO BER 18, 1965. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota,W3.s duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on October 18, 1965 at 7: 30 p. m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm; and Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields; and the following members were absent: None. Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1371 A RESO~UTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS. WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Council on October 11, 1965, Banister Engineering Company has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of that real property situate in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and legally described as follows, to-wit: A strip of land 60 feet in width, 30 feet on either side of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the centerline of Fairview Avenue and 800 feet South of the North line of the Southeast Quarter (S.E.l/4) of Section Four (4), Township Twenty-nine (29) I Range Twenty-three (23) I thence extending eastward and parallel with the North line of said Quarter section a di stance of 1073 feet to a point and there terminating; also including a1l1ands within a 60 foot radius from the above mentioned poirt of termination, said improvement to consist of the construction of a nine ton axel bad street to be constructed of bituminuos paving, and also to be constructed with concrete curbs and gutters, to be forty-four (44) feet in width over and upon the above described property, and said engineers have presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval;
