EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 18, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 18th day of October, 1965, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of the following Resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 1372 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING OOI~~W~~ WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted August 2, 1965, a report has been prepared by Banister Engineering Company with reference to improvements upon that real property lying and being in the Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, and legally described as follows, to-wit: All that part of Section 8, T. 29, R. 23 described as follows: Commencing at the NW corner of said Section 8; thence S'ly along the West line of said Section 8, said West line also being the West limit of the Village of Roseville, 3077.0 ft.; thence E'ly 150 ft; thence S'ly approximately 350 ft to a point lying 790.0 ft south of the East-West centerline of said Section 8; thence E'ly parallel with and 790 ft distant from said centerline, 440 ft; thence S'ly approximately 527 ft to the south line of the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 8; thence E'ly along said south line approximately 2080 ft to the North South centerline of said Section 8, said centerline also being the centerline of Fulham St; thence N'ly along said centerline 825 ft; thence E'1y parallel with and 825 ft N'ly of the South line of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 8 approximately 2650 ft to the East line of said Section 8; thence N'ly along said East line approximately 1661.5 ft to extended North line of the South 160 ft of Tract F, R.L.S. No. 50; thence Wily along the extended north line and north line of said South 160 ft of said Tract F, R.L.S. No. 50 a distance of 2250 ft; thence NW'ly approximately 960 ft to the intersection of the centerline of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company's right of way with the centerline of the Northern Pacific Railway Company's right-of-way; thence NE'ly along the centerline of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company's right of way approximately 750 ft to the North line of said Section 8; thence W'ly along said North line approximately 2620 ft to the NW corner of said Section 8, said corner being the point of beginning.
