EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF lvlEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUi~CIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 25, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly Ileld in the Village Hall in said Village on October 26, 1965, at 7: 30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Curley and moved its adoption. introduced the following Resolution RESOLUTION NO. 1373 MiEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 444.075 (1957) gives the Village of Koseville authority to certify to the Ramsey County Auditor unpaid sewage charges to be added as taxes against the real property served by a sanitary sewer; and iVriEREAS, the Village Code of the Village of Roseville, at Section 70.150, provides that the Village may certify to the County Auditor the amounts or unpaid sewer charges to be entered as part of the tax levy on said premises the ensuring year, NUlv, THEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR TIlE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is a list of parcels of real property lying within the Village limits which are served by sanitary sewers of the Village of Roseville, and on which there are unpaid sewer charges up to and including June 30, 1965; 2. The Council hereby certifies said list, and requests the Ramsey County Auditor to include in the real estate taxes due the amounts set forth in Exhibit A, for taxes due and payable in 1966. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
