Imprav~nents numbered <br />62-2, 6t~-I~, 6t~-5 and bt~-6 as finally amended and adopted on Oct. 12, 196l~ , <br />was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and <br />WHE~EAa, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within <br />said assessment roll as mended have been di~~ided and ocnveyed by previous property <br />owners and <br />
