<br />EsM.T. -# 4f;.j. 0 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #/31' <br /> <br />WHEFEAS, the Village of Rosev11le has heretofore approved and <br />adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a <br />sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Hoseville has, by proper <br />proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of underground <br />sewer mains, sewer pi.2~r:: and appurtenances to be installed, maintained <br />and operated within the plan adopted. <br /> <br />./ <br /> <br />now, THEREF'OFE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the const.ructi.on, maintenance <br />and operat.ion of sewer mains, pipes and appurtenances to an approximate <br />depth of 10 feet, together with ingress and egress over and through the <br />fo11o",ine described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under its powers <br />of eminent domain: p ~11'IJ V4 ~ <br />t'~ . . Except easement over and <br />across the N 10 feet of the above described premises for road <br />purpose s . <br /> <br />RESOLVED, further, that Beldin H.
