<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City <br />Hall in said City on Monday, the ninth day of November, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, <br />Maschka, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />councilperson Thomas introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8862 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-93-09 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the installation of an ornamental <br />street lights on Nancy Place between Sandhurst Drive and Sherren Street, <br />filed with the City Council on November 9, 1992, is hereby declared to <br />be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected <br />thereby. This declaration is made in conforming to Minnesota Statute, <br />section 429.035 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition is hereby referred to the city Public Works Director <br />for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, <br />and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by councilperson Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, <br />Maschka, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of said city held on the 9th day of <br />November, 1992, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the <br />same is a full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same relates <br />to Improv~ment No. UL-93-09. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 9th <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br /> <br />day of November, 1992. <br /> <br />~~- <br />
