'Halter Christensen, <br />1728 Lindy, requested that the f'alloHing suggestions be incorporated <br />into the site development contract. 1) confine proposed roadway-within <br />the parking area~ 2) revlso agreement to provide for remova.l of exLsting <br />buildings, and J) screen residential pl'opert-y from the parting lot by <br />constructing a brick planter or redwood fence. <br /> <br />Simerman moved, Swanson seconded, that 1J8 recommend that the spedial <br />use permit and the variance requAsted by Ho.lph Nadeau be granted if the <br />following conditions are incorpol ated in the agremnent. <br />
