EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD ON DECEMBER 6, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on December 6, 1965 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: Trustee Goodrich Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1391 WHEREAS, a request for snow plowing and ice control on streets in the Owasso Shores Addition has been received by the Village Council; and ~IEREAS, the above streets have been duly dedicated, but all required improvements have not been completed, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE Cmm-CIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Village Council of the Village of Roseville instructs Roseville Street Departn~nt to commence the above mentioned maintenance of said street on the condition that said maintenance can be stopped at any time, upon direction of the Roseville Village Council, and this action shall in no way be construed as an acceptance by the Village Council of the above named streets. 2. Further, the above maintenance will only be commenced upon the owner or his agent signing this Resolution, in acknowledgment that this maintenance shall not be construed as a full acceptance of said streets by the Village Council. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the srone: None WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
