<br />Minutes of the Roseville Planning Commission <br />Special Meeting of September 18, 1963 <br />7:30 P.M. to 7:45 P.M. <br /> <br />Chairman Jonason called the meeting to <br />Lund, Membrez and Soike were present. <br />absent. Councilman Schrenker, Planner <br />present. <br /> <br />order. Commissioners Grauel, Jonason, <br />Commissioners Motl and Sigford were <br />Dahlgren and Engineer Hanson were also <br /> <br />File No. 157 - Robert G. McGilligan application to divide two (2) lots near <br />Skillman and Lexington Avenues. ~~. McGilligan, 2632 Emerson Avenue South, <br />~linneapolis, Minnesota, attended the meeting. The proposal is to create a lot <br />with 90 feet of frontage on Skillman Avenue. The lot would have an area of <br />12,060 square feet which exceeds the minimum lot size requirement by 1,060 square <br />feet. No street dedications are involved. <br /> <br />Soike ~1oved, Membrez seconded, that we recommend that the application be <br />approved.
