<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission <br />January 8, 1964 <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission met on the above date with the following members <br />present: Jim Nelson, Chairman; Art Soike; Phillip Lund; Dr. Sigford; Dan <br />Motl; Robert Hanson, Village Engineer; and Howard Dahlgren. Absent was: <br />George Membrez. <br /> <br />Minutes of the December 4th meeting were approved as written. <br /> <br />Case 63-170 <br /> <br />Paul Moran representing the Leutsch Company appeared requesting the division <br />of a metes and bounds lot at Victoria and Lake Owasso Boulevard. Mr. and <br />Mrs. Fogelberg, owner of the property, and Mrs. Becker appeared in support <br />of the petition. <br /> <br />The Engineer and Planner noted that an additional ten feet of right-of-way <br />for Victoria Avenue should be dedicated on the northwest side of the property <br />in question. <br /> <br />It was moved and seconded that the petition to subdivide the parcel as requested <br />be approved, subject to the dedication of the ten feet of right-of-way for <br />Victoria Avenue. Ayes (4). Nelson voted no. <br /> <br />The Chairman called a special meeting of the Planning Commission for Wednesday, <br />January 22, 1964, at 7:30 to consider this item of business referred to <br />the Commission for recommendation by the Council for its February 3rd meeting. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 9 P.M. <br /> <br />George Membrez, Secretary <br /> <br />By H.
