<br />Special Meeting, Planning Commission <br />Monday, June 8, 1964 - 5:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Nelson. Members present were: <br />Nelson, Soike, Lund, Anderson, Motl and Membrez. <br />Sigford was absent. <br /> <br />File 64-205 - Rezoning from I-I to 1-2 and special use permit to construct an <br />addition of 120 feet to the existing building of Hart Motor Freight. Mr. Hart <br />was anxious to have a recommendation ready for the Village Council at their <br />meeting held in the evening of this same day. Mr. Hart had no plot planb as <br />a matter of fact he had absolutely no plans of any kind which made it quite <br />difficult for the commission to consider the matter and come up with a <br />recommendation. it was finally moved by Membrez, seconded by Nelson that we <br />recommend the rezoning and the special use permit subject, however, to having <br />the proper set-backs, screening and performance bond for the screening as <br />provided in the ordinance. It was also suggested that Mr. Hart meet.i with <br />Howard Dahlgren on Thursday, June 11th, to review the plans which apparently <br />were missing at this meeting.
