The other members were absent.
Trustee Grauel and Public Works Director Odland were also present:

File 64-240 - Sheehy rezoning from R-l to R-3 - Dellwood Avenue.
Mr. Rahn representing Sheehy restated his position~ namelyo the construction of five
buildings containing SS I-bedroom apartn~nts and 60 2-bedroom apartments 0 also two
duplexes, to be built on this property. There was considerable opposition to this
rezoning. The main objections were traffic, drainage, conformity, depreciation of single
homes in the area, and spot zoning.

liaving very little information on the drainage situation of the entire areao Nelson moved
Anderson seconded, that the request be laid over to the next regular meeting in order to
give the Village Public Works Director an opportunity to make a study and report on the
drainage. Carried by a unanimous vote.

File 64-244 = Lametti special use permit for an addition to his building on Cleveland
Avenue. A Mr. Robinson, representing Mr. Lametti, stated they needed this additional
space of 7DOOO square feet to provide additional storage of construction equipment. This
addition is to be placed north of the existing building. This request being a reason-
able one, Soike moved, Anderson seconded, that we recommend to the Council the permit be
issued. Carried by a unanimous vote.

File 64-245 - D. H. Overmyer Warehouse Company variance to zoning regulations.
Mr. TaylorD attorney and Harry Miller, Manager of Overmyer Warehouse Company stated
that a warehouse operation requires very few employees as a matter of fact in this
operation not to exceed 10. The parking of these employees will be near the main
entrance. The plans showed there was sufficient space for 11 passenger autos~ therefore,
Soike moved~ Nelson seconded, to recommend that the variance be granted for the parking
of 11 automobiles. Carried by a unanimous vote.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Respectfully submitted,

George A. Membrez, Secretary
