Members present: Chairman Nelson, Anderson, Linebarger, Remsburg, L. A. Nelson and
Membrez. Also present: Trustee Grauel, Planner Dahlgren and Engineer Odland.

On motion by Linebarger, seconded by Anderson, the minutes of the regular meeting of
November 3rd and the special meeting of November 8th were approved by a unanimous vote.

File 271-65 - Ferdinand Bucher. Special Permit and Preliminary Plat. There being no
one present to present the additional information requested, J. Nelson moved, Remsburg
seconded to lay the matter over to the next regular meeting on January 5, 1966. Roll
Call, unanimous.

File 299-65. Bert A. Quinn, 1681 Ridgewood Lane, Division of a lot. This lot is
located between Pascal Avenue and Simpson Street, north of County Road B-2.

The fact that the proposed 2 lots have the required number of square feet, it appears
reasonable to allow this division. It was, therefore, moved by Anderson, seconded by
J. Nelson to recommend the approval of this request. Roll Call, unanimous.

File 296-65 - Dr. Clarence Siegel, 2980 North Snelling Avenue. The secretary informed
the Planning Commission that Dr. Siegel had withdrawn his request. It was, therefore,
noted and the matter was placed on file.

File 300-65 - Rezoning request Gluek Brewing Company from R-l to R-3, property located
at 2869 North Fairview Avenue. Mr. Parranto presented this request without development
plans. Therefore, Jim Nelson moved, L. A. Nelson seconded, to lay the matter over to
give the petitioner time to prepare satisfactory development plans. Roll Call, unanimous.
There were several residents present to oppose this rezoning. A letter from a James E.
Edlund, owner of a home at 1695 North Millwood Avenue was read. It stated he was in
favor of this rezoning.

File 305-65 - George Reiling, Request of a rezoning from S.C. to B-3 and Special Use
Permit of property on Lexington and County Road C-2.

A Mr. Anderson from Langdon, North Dakota, who will be the owner of a proposed drive-in
presented very limited plans, certainly not sufficient for the Planning Commission to
take final action. It was, therefore, suggested that the petitioner submit more details
of his proposed operation. J. Nelson moved, Remsburg seconded, to lay the matter over
to the next regular meeting on January 5, 1966. Roll Call, unanimous.

File 304-65 - Variance request by Ban-Con, Inc., White Bear Lake. In view of the shape
of the lot situated at the northwest of SeKtant Avenue and Irene Street and the
conformance to other requirements, the request of a variance from 10 feet to 8 feet on
the northeast corner of the lot would appear to be reasonable, therefore, J. Nelson
moved, Linebarger seconded, to recommend this request. Roll Call, unanimous.

File 301-65 - Division of Lot reques ted by Fran Husnik
File 303-65 .. Division of Lot requested by L. Liedholm
Fi Ie 302..65 - Division of Lot requestd by Lentsch Company

On motion by Linebarger, seconded by L. A. Nelson, these three requests were laid over
to the next regular meeting on January 5, 1~66 because none of the applic.ants appeared
at this meeting. Roll Call, unanimous.
