<br />'1 <br /> <br />-3c <br /> <br />Subject File - 271-65 - Request for approval of a preliminary plat and special use <br />permit by Ferdinand Bucher of property on Western Avenue, <br />south of Owasso Boulevard. <br /> <br />Mr. Daubney, representing the owner, requested a decision on this matter. It had <br />been considered many times before and finally a recommendation to deny this request <br />was made to the Village Council at our meeting of March 2, 1966. The Council re- <br />referred this request now for reconsideration. It appears we are still confronted <br />with the same problems of moving considerable gravel from the subject property, drainage <br />etc. It was, therefore, moved by Anderson, seconded, by Nelson, to lay the matter <br />over to the next regular meeting for further study by our Planning Consultant Dahlgren <br />and Lowell Odland, Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Unanimous. <br /> <br />Chairman Linebarger suggested to hold a special meeting to consider the matter of <br />upgrading the construction of apartment buildings in the Village. It was mutually <br />agreed that Monday, May 9th, was a good day. Therefore, each member of the Conunission <br />was requested to attend this special meeting at 5.:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />George A.
