Also pres~nt <br />Dahlgren and Hall of Midweet'Plannimg,Lowell Udland and Grauel <br /> <br />This ppecial meeting was called to review the building plans of the Independent <br />School District 623 for a new Junior High school on County Road B and Dale St. <br />and a new Elem~mtary School on County Road B2,east of Dale Street. The matter of <br />buildinb locations,drivp.ways ',and, parking space was thoroughly explained by Mr. <br />'Nilliar.ls, School Suptt. The e~meral feeling ""as that the parking space was rather <br />tight but still withinftht'! minimum requiremt'!nt of the ordinance. <br />After due considt'!ration,Anderson moved,Remeburg st'!conded,.thRt the site plans of the, <br />Junior High School at County Road B and Dale Street be approved. Roll Call1Unanimous <br /> <br />Remsburg moved,Carpenter seconded that the site plans of itht'! Elementary School at <br />County Road B2, east 'of Dale Street be approved, Roll CallI Unanimous. <br /> <br />lkroDahlgren and ~~.Hall of Midwest Planning made a good detailed presentation of a <br />population and housing analysis of the Village of Roseville as compared to other <br />Twin City Suburban Communities.
