Both ownersD Ban=Con and Willmus~ have publicly declared that the <br />proposed street will be needed and willD at some future dateD request that it <br />be graded and improved according to Village specifications 0 <br /> <br />Roll Call~ unanimous. <br /> <br />Subject File 348=66 = Request by A, Johnson to move a house from 222 North McCarrons <br />Boulevard to an unimproved street named Wagner. This request had been discussed at <br />a previous meeting but was laid over because the Village Council had not yet made a <br />determination on the bringing sewer and water on Wagner Street. Mro Johnson was anxious <br />to get a permit to move this house and speculate on getting the utilities. <br /> <br />Anderson finally moved~ Carpenter secondedp to recommend the granting of a permit to <br />move the house but it was pointed out that no permit could be issued until all Village <br />requirements were complied with pertaining to utilities and the street which at this <br />point is only 30 feet wide and not improved. <br /> <br />Roll Call: unanimous, <br /> <br />There being no further businessp the meeting adjourned. <br />
