Roll Call: unanimous, <br /> <br />S~bjectFi1e471-68 - Renaming of old section of County Road C to Cedarholm Street <br /> <br />It was moved by Demos and seconded by Edlund that we recommend to the council <br />that they deny this request because the golf course was named in his honor. <br />Roll Call: Ayes: Anderson, Demos, Edlund and Membrez. Nays: Pope and Remsburg. <br /> <br />Subject File 473-68 = State of Minnesota, HiWlway Department request for approval of <br />. ~ <br />preliminary plan for overpass at Victoria Avenue and T.H. 36. <br /> <br />TIlere was no new information available so this will be taken up at our next meeting. <br /> <br />Subject File 479-68 - Lametti and Sons request for special use permit for heliport <br />1 - at 2560 North Cleveland Avenue <br /> <br />At the petitioner's request it was moved by Pope and seconded by Edlund that we lay <br />this over until our next meeting. Roll Call: unanimous. <br /> <br />Subject File 480-68 - Arthur G. Mueller request for rezoning and special use permit <br />at County Road B and Cleveland Avenue <br /> <br />Mr. Art Mueller of 2201 Acorn Road and Mr. Cottle, architect and Mr. Davidson, attorney, <br />gave the presentation. TIley have roughly 10 acres of land. TIle service road will be <br />moved 150' to the east. TIlere will be a 215 car underground heated garage. TIlree <br />elevators. Underground walkway to two story recreational building. Central air con= <br />ditioningvr the apartments. This means no window units. TIlis will be called Midland <br />Grove. The plans are to do the project all at once. The rezoning request will leave <br />a strip of R-6 zoned property along the east and south side of the property. <br /> <br />It was moved by Demos and seconded by Remsburg that we recommend to the council that <br />they approve the request for rezoning as requested. Roll Call: unanimous. <br /> <br />It was moved by Demos and seconded by Remsburg that we recommend to the council that <br />they approve the development plans subject to the vacation of easement for frontage <br />road. approval of storm sewer plan by the Village Engineer and Highway Department. and <br />subject to the conditions set forth in the memo from the Public Works Director dated <br />October I, 1968. Roll Call~ unanimous. <br /> <br />It was moved by Pope and seconded by Edlund that we recommend to the council that they <br />grant the special use permit for more than 24 apartments in one building. Roll Call: <br />unanimous. <br /> <br />Subject File ~4-67 - Ram Matson request for Special Use Permit for ski school at <br />C-2 and Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />Mr. Matson spoke for his school. He stated that the hours would be slightly longer <br />this year. Last year they hauled in snow for the one side of the hill. They could <br />make snow if that were cheaper. They will have more cars this year but last year they <br />
