<br />eS{r\1. t/37 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION $/"0 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville ha.s heretofore approved and <br />adopted a plan for the oonstruotiO'n, maintenanoe and operatiO'n of a <br />sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEJlEAS, the Council of the Village of Eoseville has, by proper <br />prooeedings, determined the need for oertain locations of underground <br />sewer mains, sever pipes and appurtenances to be installed, maintained <br />and operated wit.hin the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEFEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to' acquire a perpetual easement for the oonstruction, maintenance <br />and operatiO'n of sever mains, p:1.pes and appurtenances to' an approximate <br />depth of 12 feet, together with ingress and egress over and through the <br />following desoribed land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under its povers <br />of eminent domain: <br /> <br />Subject to Roselavn Avenue, the East 20 feet of the E 174.18 <br />feet. of the W 360.18 feeet of the N 131.99 feet of sw-i of <br />Sec 14, T 29, R 23. <br /> <br />RESOLVED, further, that Beldin H.
