<br />-4- <br /> <br />Mr. Wayne Wakefield, 2277 West Highway 36, had a question as to how this property was <br />specified on the "701 Plan". There was also a number of questions on the level of the pond, <br />and what the high and low points of the ponding of water had been in the past. <br /> <br />Mr. Goldberg's report indicates that the critical elevation to be maintained at this pond is <br />917. <br /> <br />Hr. Dahlgren indicated that he felt that the critical issue before the Planning Commission <br />was that of the rezoning and that the area to be rezoned; i.e., the reduction of the easement <br />should be a technical engineering question which should be recommended to the Village Council <br />for their consideration. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Pope Moved, Eagles Seconded, that ,.;e recommend that the request by the Bonestroo, Rosene <br />and Associates for rezoning from R-l to I-I at 2335 Fulham Street be approved as follows: <br /> <br />l. That the drainage easement be reduced to the minimum area required and <br />2. The remainder of the land be rezoned to I-I. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Edlund, Pope, Kellett, Eagles, Demos, Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 562-6~ - Ban-Con Request for amendment to their planned residential develop- <br />ment in R-3A zone at 200 West Grandview Avenue. <br /> <br />Edlund Moved, Pope Seconded, that we recommend that the request by Ban-Con, Inc. for an <br />amendment to their planned residential development in R-3A zone at 200 West Grandview <br />be continued until the next Planning Commission meeting scheduled for February 4, 1970. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Edlund, Pope, Kellett, Eagles, Demos, Johnson.
