<br />-2- <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren stated that whenever we have traffic from schools and shopping centers we <br />don't have peak hours coinciding with each other. <br /> <br />Mr. Ott, 724 West County Road B, stated that there would be congestion with the shopping <br />center traffic and the traffic that is generated by meetings during the evening at the <br />school. Mr. Dahlgren pointed out that the shopping center had adequate off street parking <br />for their traffic. He suggested that maybe the off street parking at the school should be <br />investigated. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Pope Moved, Edlund Seconded, that we recommend that the request by Mort Huber for a special <br />use permit for planned unit development in a Business District at 700 West County Road B <br />be approved, subject to the presentation of elevation plans for all four sides of the buildings <br />as well as the materials that are to be used for these buildings be presented prior to the <br />Village Council meeting of May II, 1970. Roll Call, Ayes: Kellett, Demos, Pope, Edlund, <br />Eagles, Chairman Membrez. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 572-70 - Michael Dooley request for rezoning from R-l to R-2 at 2036 North <br />Dale Street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Dooley stated that he had submitted a plan of the proposed building and had signatures <br />of the residents within" 250 feet approving this plan. He stated the building would be a <br />two story double bungalow with a double attached garage on one side only. The building <br />would be 36 x 28 Wi~l a 22 foot garage. TIlerefore, the total width along Dale would be <br />58 feet. <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren pointed out that this is all right because the ordinance allows for less than <br />a 10 foot side yard setback in an existing sub-standard lot. <br /> <br />No one from the audience spoke in opposition to the proposal. <br />then declared closed. <br /> <br />The public hearing was <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Eagles Moved, Demos Seconded, that we recommend that the request by Mr. Mike Dooley for <br />rezoning from R-l to R-2 at 2036 North Dale Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kellett, <br />Demos, Pope, Edlund, Eagles, Chairman Membrez. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Adjournment.
