<br />-4- <br /> <br />Planning File 594-70 - Otto Garley request for variance to parking setback at 1610 <br />County Road B <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. C leon Garley appeared on behalf of his father (Mr. Otto Garley) and indicated the <br />variance was necessary because tho County is in the process of purchasing 10 feet of <br />additional right-of-way for purposes of expanding the right-of-way of County Road B, <br />thus reducing the parking setback to S feet. Since a 15 foot setback is required, a <br />10 foot variance is being requested. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos Moved and Mr. Johnson Seconded, that the Commission recommend approval of <br />the variance to parking setback at 1610 County Road B. Roll Call, Ayes: Kellett, <br />Johnson, Demos, Pope, Edlund, Eagles and Membrez. Nays: None. <br /> <br />~lannini File 595-70 - Cleon Garley request for variance to parking setback at 1634 <br />County Road B <br /> <br />Present ation <br /> <br />Mr. Cleon Garley restated the same points as discussed in the foregoing Planning File <br />594-70 presentation. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos Moved and Mr. Johnson Seconded, that the Commission recommend approval of the <br />variance to parking setback at 1634 County Road B.
