The outside storage of materials <br />will be only living plants, while the balance of their inventory will be within the <br />enclosed areao <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Edlund questioned the future development along the perimeter of the shopping centero <br />Other members of the Comnission questioned what the original plans called for and what <br />the future plans for the developrrent of the shopping centero <br /> <br />Richard Lappi, 1763 Bruce, questioned the outside storage, <br /> <br />Mr. McVey questioned why couldn it this type of development take place on the west side <br />of Fairviewo <br /> <br />Mr. Ererson indicated there was 3,480 parking spaces now available on the site. <br /> <br />Mro Pope requested that a new master plan should be submitted for the shopping centero <br /> <br />Recorrmmdation <br /> <br />Edlund moved and Johnson seconded, that the Corrunission recomTlend that this matter be <br />laid over until the June, 1971 meetingo Roll Call, Ayes: Pope, Edlund, Demos, Eagles, <br />Jolmson, Kellett and r-.~mbrez, Nays: None 0 <br /> <br />1he Planning Commission recommends also that the Council direct the Village Planning <br />Consultant to give a report whidl would include a review of the shopping center from <br />the beginning to the presento This report should be available for "\e June, 1971 <br />meetingo <br /> <br />Adjoumrrent Mro Eagles moved and Mr. Edlund seconded, that the meeting be adjourned <br />at 10:45 PoMo Roll Call, Ayes~ Pope, Edlund, fumos, Eagles, Johnson, Kellett and <br />r.t3mbrezo Nays: None 0 <br />
