Planning File 638-71 - Jack Maxwell request for special use permit for conmercial leasing at 2931 Partridge Road Presen tation Mro Maxwell indicated that he wanted to make it clear that he was not only going to be leasing automobiles. He would also be leasing other equipment of various sizes including heavy equipment. He indicated that he was not going to be conducting a retail business and that there would be some outside storage of heavy equipment. The proposed building would be two stories and constructed of decorative concrete block. He indicated that he was aware that enclosing the storage area with an opaque fence would be necessary. Discussion Mr 0 Edlund could see no problems with the proposal6 Mrs. DeIOOS indicated that she hoped there would be no retail sales involved in the establishment.
