He indicated that the architects and developer had gone to great lengths <br />to make a vast improvement in this third proposal over the second proposal. <br />The third proposal is a superb design and he would recommend that the Commission give <br />it its full consideration. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Mr. Kellett moved and Mr. V. Johnson seconded, that the Zimmerman Realty Request for <br />rezoning from R-l to B-1B, special use permit and variance to height limitation and <br />setback at 2350 North Snelling Avenue be laid over until Thursday, June 8, at 7:30 P.M. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Membrez, Demos, Kellett, G. He also indicated <br />that when fill is used in changing the 930 foot elevation that the water has to go <br />someplace. The natural area for the water to go ;s to the east and <br />
