The flowage easement is not something that can be moved around arbitrarily. <br /> <br />5,) There appears to be no kind of hardship which would require a variance to be <br />granted for the height over three stories. <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Von Housen indicated that he felt the second proposal had been an extremely poor <br />design concept. He indicated that the architects and developer had gone to great lengths <br />to make a vast improvement in this third proposal over the second proposal. <br />The third proposal is a superb design and he would recommend that the Commission give <br />it its full consideration. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Mr. Kellett moved and Mr. V. Johnson seconded, that the Zimmerman Realty Request for <br />rezoning from R-l to B-1B, special use permit and variance to height limitation and <br />setback at 2350 North Snelling Avenue be laid over until Thursday, June 8, at 7:30 P.M. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Membrez, Demos, Kellett, G. Johnson and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: Eagles and Pope. <br />Mr. Kellett moved and Mr. Eagles seconded, at 12:45 P.M., that the regular meeting of <br />June 7, be continued until Thursday, June 8, at 7:30 P.M. Roll Call, Ayes: Membrez, <br />Demos, Eagles, Kellett, G. Johnson, V. Johnson and Pope.
