<br />Roseville Planning Commission <br />Monday, October 16, 1972 <br /> <br />The October 16, 1972, special meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission was <br />called to order by Chairman Pope at 5:10 P.M. <br /> <br />Members present: <br />Members absent: <br />Others Present: <br /> <br />Demos, Eagles, V. Johnson, G. Johnson; Kellett and Pope <br />Membrez <br />Public Works Director, Mr. Shennan Goldberg and Administrative <br />Assistant Steve North <br /> <br />Planning File 723 - Gordon Transports, Inc. special use permit at 2980 Partridge <br />Road <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Don Langford, representing Gordon Transports, indicated that Gordons is <br />requesting a special use permit for a truck terminal to be located in Partridge <br />Industrial Park. The present zoning is 1-2. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos indicated that she would like to see the setback distances indicated <br />on the site plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Langford indicated that they would be happy to include those dimensions on <br />the site plan prior to appearing before the Council for a public hearing. <br /> <br />Reconnnendation <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos moved and Mr. Eagles seconded, that the Corrmission recorrmend approval <br />of Gordon Transports, Inc. request for special use permit at 2980 Partridge Road <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That setback distances for parking and building be shown on the <br />site plan. <br /> <br />2. That a more complete landscape plan be submitted prior to the Council's <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Eagles, V. Johnson, G. Johnson, Kellett and Pope. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />.Adjourmnent <br /> <br />Mr. Eagles moved and Mrs. Demos seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at 5:25 <br />P.M.
