<br />- 2- <br /> <br />Planning File 732 - Roseville State Bank request for amendment to special use pennit <br />at 1470 County Road B <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Donovan Fisher, senior Vice President of Roseville State Bank, indicated the bank <br />proposes to construct a drive-in banking facility located south of the existing apart- <br />ment buildings on the east side of the shopping center. He indicated that no access <br />from Pascal Avenue or variances were being requested. <br /> <br />Disrussion <br /> <br />Mr. Fisher stated that the bank intended to retain the present drive-up facilities located <br />on the western edge of the bank building. <br /> <br />Mr. Pope indicated that the proposed plan was considerably improved over the previous <br />application which had been denied by the Village Council. <br /> <br />Recorrmendation <br /> <br />Mr. Membrez moved and Mrs. Demos seconded, that the Commission recoTIlllend approval of <br />Roseville State Banks' request for amendment to special use permit at 1470 County Road <br />B. Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Eagles, Membl"ez and Pope. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 733-Ban-Con, Inc. request for division of a lot at 2353 North Rice St. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Jay Carpenter, representing Ban-Con, Inc. ,indicated that Ban-Con desires to divide <br />the existing lot for purposes of constructing another office building on the property. <br />The parcel rurrently has one office building on the site. He indicated that the new <br />building and lot would meet all ordinance requirements and no variances are being <br />requested. <br /> <br />Recamnendation <br /> <br />Mr. Eagles mwed and Mrs. Demos seconded, that the Commission recomnend approval of <br />Ban-Con, Inc. request for division of a lot at 2353 North Rice Street. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Demos, Eagles, Membrez and Pope. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 730 - Study of Noise Level at the Interc~~ge of Highways 36-280-35W <br />(north side) <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Pope requested that the Village staff contact the State Highway Department prior to <br />the next Planning Commission meeting to ascertain the status of the investigation of <br />the noise problem existing on the north side of the interchange of highways 36-280-35W. <br /> <br />Recorrmendation <br /> <br />Mr. Eagles moved and Mrs. Demos seconded, that the study of Noise Level at the inter- <br />change of highways 36-280-35W (north side) be laid over until the next regular Comm- <br />ission meeting.
